What is Himalayan Breathwork?

These breath techniques are rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition dating back 10,000+ years. They stem directly from the source, in the Himalayas of India, and have been passed down by a lineage of Himalayan Masters.

Himalayan Breathwork activates the pranic body. In yoga this is called the pranamaya kosha or the energetic body. This is the layer of the body in which prana flows. When we enliven greater prana within us, the pranamaya kosha becomes more active and allows the deeper layers of the suble body to be accessed.

Why 40 Days?

It takes 40 days to change the brain and break negative patterns. In 40 days one will gain transformational results from the practice. This number holds great significance for transformation across many traditions.

Who is this for?

Anyone who desires to evolve, and to align with truth. For those who want to strengthen immunity, gain vitality and support the nervous system.

Will the sessions be recorded?

The sessions will be live, daily at 6AM AEST. If you cannot make this time due to being in a different time zone, please contact me directly and we can arrange recordings. All participants are encouraged to show up for the live sessions and commit to the practice for optimal results.

Do I need experience?

No experience needed. This is accessible to everyone from beginner to advanced practitioner. It will meet you where you’re at.
